I work with children with autism who experience picky eating, helping to gently expand food choices and build positive relationships with food. I also support seniors in maintaining strength, energy, and overall wellness through balanced, accessible nutrition. For clients managing diabetes, I provide guidance to help stabilize blood sugar while still enjoying food in a flexible, practical way. Additionally, I work with individuals navigating perimenopause and PCOS, using nutrition to support hormone balance, energy levels, and overall well-being.
My goal is to meet clients where they are, offering compassionate, personalized support that empowers them to feel confident in their food choices and improve their quality of life.
